What you will do
HGV Technician Supervisor Hours: 40 hours 15.30 to midnight with a 30 min break with alternate Saturday's paid at time and a half Paying up to £27.00 pr for a 40 hour basic week,(£56160) and with alternate Saturday's (£4200) you can earn c£60,360
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Supervise the shift technicians and co-ordinate workload
- Liaise with the Dealerpoint Manager regarding shift staff, training needs, KPI's etc
- Diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Servicing of vehicles to a high standard
- Participation in call out and breakdown rota - if/when required
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment
- Carry out scheduled safety inspections and report any rectifications required
- Complete job cards clearly and accurately
Essential Qualifications and Knowledge
- C&G or NVQ3 Vehicle Technician qualification
- Excellent electrical, diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Good understanding of H&S issues in a workshop environment
- Clean Driving Licence – HGV would be an advantage
