Overview
In this Regional Parts Administrator role, you will centralize support for the South & East Parts Departments, focusing on cost management, stock accuracy, reporting and process control. You’ll work with Dealerpoint Managers, Parts Managers and dealer teams to ensure accurate stock, managed costs and compliant parts processes across the region. The role blends administration, data analysis and stakeholder support, suited for an organized, analytical candidate who enjoys people and data. Responsibilities
- Manage stock obsolescence with Dealerpoint Managers (MOR, slow-moving stock, DCR, supersession control)
- Centrally monitor and control stock adjustments
- Assist with perpetual, monthly and annual stock checks; travel to support dealer stock counts
- Oversee Group Buy Backs
- Support dealers in CMS eligibility and Truckshop surcharges
- Review traffic-light pricing and update Parts bulletins in GDS
- Produce/review reports on Imprest Stocks (agreements, usage, superseded parts)
- Complete monthly Receipt Reconciliation and escalate discrepancies
- Support dealers in understanding reports and taking action
- Participate in review meetings and provide advice and support
- Adhere to Volvo Group UK health, safety, quality and environmental standards
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested
