Parts Advisor FTC one year - London South (Croydon) £32k + overtime and quarterly bonus!
Monday to Friday covering a rotating shift: 0600hrs to 1500hrs / 12 midday to 2100hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch). Alternative Saturday morning 0600hrs to midday @ overtime of time and a half.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy Volvo Trucks operation in Croydon on a one-year fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, professional team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Who are you
- Driving Licence required
- Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn manufacturer systems
What will you do
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers efficiently and accurately
- Identifying parts using manufacturer systems and catalogues
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and goods-in processes
- Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Pick up and deliver parts on occasion
- Work within health & safety company guidelines
