The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 £ per year.

Salary: Up to and between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus scheme + life assurance + healthcare + car scheme + pension + holidays + industry leading discounts & more fantastic benefits

Shifts (days/backs): Dayshift - Monday to Thursday (6.00am - 2.30pm) Friday (6.00am - 1.30pm) and Backshift - Monday to Thursday (9.30am - 6.00pm) Friday (9.30am - 5.00pm). Every second Saturday required (8am - 12pm), paid at overtime rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, or in person
  • Handle enquiries about trucks, servicing, parts, and warranties
  • Provide updates on vehicle repairs, costs, and completion times
  • Book vehicles for maintenance, MOT, and repairs
  • Liaise with technicians/workshops to ensure smooth workflow
  • Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
  • Raise job cards, invoices, and cost estimates
  • Process orders for parts and services, including tracking and follow-ups
  • Record customer interactions using CRM systems

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic IT skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in automotive, logistics, or dealership environments (preferred but not essential)
