As a Regional Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind our service market commercial activities and retail excellence. You are someone who thrives on collaboration and innovation. Working closely with our Sales Team, Warranty specialists, business controllers, and more, you'll spearhead our efforts to deliver unparalleled service to our valued customers. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll be part of a team of experienced Regional Business Managers, shaping the future of our service market strategy.
- Deep understanding of the transport industry, legislation, and competitor landscape.
- A proven background in sales, marketing or business development, with a clear focus on performance and outcomes.
- Strong IT capability and analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and support informed decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, senior management and dealer leadership teams.
- A consultative and mentoring approach, with the confidence to coach, support and develop others.
- Experience within the commercial vehicle sector, ideally with exposure to parts and service operations.
What you will do?
- Drive business development and commercial growth across the region, including parts sales, extended offer products, and dealer support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key national accounts based in the region, as well as regional customers, to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other Regional Business Managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across regions.
- Partner with marketing to promote service market activities and communications.
- Provide operational support to dealers, covering product, pricing, logistics, and technical or training requirements.
- Leverage customer insights and support systems to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support dealer growth.
- Facilitate supplier engagement and dealer development, including Truckshop suppliers and other business initiatives.
