We are looking for a Vice President Power & Energy to lead one of our most important growth initiatives. As a member of the Volvo Penta Industrial Management Team, you will play an important role in shaping future strategy, developing new business opportunities, and building a high-performing international organization.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead Volvo Penta's global Power Generation business while driving the expansion into data center power solutions. You will combine strategic leadership with business development, working closely with customers, partners, and colleagues across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy, driving profitable growth, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening Volvo Penta's position in selected international markets. You will also build strong relationships across the data center ecosystem, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineering partners, consultants, and other key stakeholders. Working together with teams across product management, engineering, sales, and service, you will help ensure that future offerings continue to meet evolving customer needs.
