Qualifications:
- A degree and professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA.
- Strong experience in financial services, ideally within captive finance and/or leasing.
- Restless curiosity and track record of supporting change, transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Proven capability in Business Partnering, FP&A, Business Controlling and performance analysis.
- Experience in financial modelling, planning, reporting and using data to support decision‑making.
- Analytical mindset with keen eye for detail and ability to turn data into clear business insight.
- Storytelling ability to communicate complex financial data into actionable insight.
- Passion for timely and high‑quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support month‑end closing and reporting, delivering detailed analysis and clear narrative on business performance against plan.
- Lead business planning, using complex modelling and insight to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
- Analyse financial information, trends and reserves to support performance reviews and planning.
- Turn complex data into clear insight, challenging business thinking and identifying opportunities.
- Lead pricing activity and support period‑end closing and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Contribute to projects, governance and internal control activities, ensuring actions are implemented effectively.
Reporting directly to the Business Controlling and Transformation Manager, you will work closely with Finance peers while partnering with commercial teams and senior business leaders across the organisation.
