As a Regional Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind our service market commercial activities and retail excellence. Who are you?
- Deep understanding of the transport industry, legislation, and competitor landscape.
- A proven background in sales, marketing or business development, with a clear focus on performance and outcomes.
- Strong IT capability and analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and support informed decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, senior management and dealer leadership teams.
- A consultative and mentoring approach, with the confidence to coach, support and develop others.
- Experience within the commercial vehicle sector, ideally with exposure to parts and service operations.
What you will do?
- Drive business development and commercial growth across the region, including parts sales, extended offer products, and dealer support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key national accounts based in the region, as well as regional customers, to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other Regional Business Managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across regions.
- Partner with marketing to promote service market activities and communications.
- Provide operational support to dealers, covering product, pricing, logistics, and technical or training requirements.
- Leverage customer insights and support systems to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support dealer growth.
- Facilitate supplier engagement and dealer development, including Truckshop suppliers and other business initiatives.
