Join The Volvo Group as a Finance Support Administrator within Financial Control and Accounting (FCA). FCA is a global finance function that ensures financial results are accurately recorded, reported, and compliant across all business areas.

Reporting to the Finance Support Manager within FCA, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team environment where people work closely together in a fast‑moving and demanding setting. Teamwork, energy and a positive culture are valued just as highly as delivering results.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll deliver accurate, timely finance administration, supporting the team to meet KPIs and deadlines, maintain strong financial controls, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, as part of a shared service function.
  • Set up new customer accounts, including credit checks and validation of required information.
  • Monitor and manage central mailboxes to support timely responses.
  • Maintain and update customer and vendor records across databases and systems.
  • Process bank transfers, cheque payments, credit card activity, and manage petty cash reconciliations.
  • Support the employee expense system (user setup, validations, monthly reporting and analysis).
  • Complete daily admin tasks such as post handling, scanning, sorting, archiving, and general team support.

Who are you?

  • Experience in a financial or administrative role, ideally within a finance or accounting environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Attention to details and accuracy is essential.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Experience with SAP or similar finance systems is an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines, even under pressure.
