At Renault Trucks, we are accelerating our shift towards zeroâemission transport and connected services, including continued investment in our EâTech and Diesel Ranges. As Regional Aftermarket Business Manager, you will manage a portfolio of nominated dealers to grow parts performance and help deliver a consistent customer experience.
What you will do
- Drive aftermarket parts performance, strengthen dealer relationships, and support a consistent customer experience.
- Drive spare parts volumes and margins in line with the business plan.
- Partner with the Dealer Network to maximise National Fleet parts and service sales.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support dealer standards and continuous improvement to protect and enhance the customer experience.
- Produce clear, concise reporting on dealer and customer support activity, including sales progress.
- Promote and support the effective use of Renault Trucks and dealer systems to meet sales and commercial support goals.
Who are you?
- Demonstrable aftermarket sales experience.
- Selfâmotivated, proactive selfâstarter who is curious and eager to collaborate across departments to drive sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and analytical capability.
- A valid UK driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively with occasional nights away.
You will report directly to the Head of Parts and Commercial Support. As part of our collaborative Parts & Commercial Support team, you will work alongside the Renault Trucks Dealer Network and your colleagues across the UK.
