As Business Control Manager UK & IE, you will lead the business control and transformation agenda across both markets. You will provide forward‑looking financial insight, lead planning and forecasting and work closely with senior leaders to support decision‑making in a complex and fast‑moving financial services environment. Just as importantly, you will lead the transformation of the finance function, embedding smarter processes, stronger analytics and greater use of technology.
You will work closely with the Head of Finance UK and Ireland, senior management and commercial teams across Volvo Financial Services. You will lead and develop a highly capable business control and transformation team, while collaborating with wider European and Group stakeholders.
