Parts/Service Advisor – Felixstowe

Starting salary £12.82 (dependent upon skills set)

Working hrs:

Monday to Friday
Alternating weekly – 0800hrs to 1600hrs/1000hrs to 1800hrs
Saturday 0800hrs to 1200hrs (1 in 3)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our busy Felixstowe team. In this crucial frontline role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting both the Parts and Service departments

Who are you

About You:

  • Previous experience in a parts or service advisor role, ideally within the automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with parts catalogues and ordering systems.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a team-player mentality

What will you do

About the Role:

As a Parts Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers and workshop team. You will be the first point of contact for parts enquiries, offering expert advice, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from the Volvo brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all parts and service customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Identify, source, and supply vehicle parts to retail and workshop customers.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure parts availability.
  • Support the Service department with parts requirements for workshop jobs.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
