You’ll be joining our B2C Operations team, working closely with colleagues, retailers, and customers to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. Based in Maidenhead/Daventry, our team works at the heart of the customer journey — making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while creating a personalised and premium experience for every customer. What you’ll do
Your role with us will be hands-on, varied, and full of learning opportunities. You’ll support day-to-day operations and help deliver an outstanding experience to both customers and our retailer network. Tasks may include:
- Managing administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting vehicle orders, cancellations, and registrations
- Sending and managing financial contracts and agreements
- Using CRM systems (like Salesforce) to track and support customer journeys
- Acting as a point of contact for retailers — answering queries and providing updates
- Taking ownership of queries and aiming for first-contact resolution
- Managing multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines and targets
