Shifts - Monday to Thursday (7 am – 3.15 pm), Friday (7 am – 2.30 pm).

At Volvo Trucks, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and products to our customers. Our dealership is at the forefront of commercial vehicle service, and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team player to join our growing team.

In this role, your main responsibilities will focus on delivering excellent service and support to our Glasgow East depot. You will be a key team member involved in the day-to-day tasks associated with running a busy depot.

Who are you?

  • Help and support with general depot upkeep and maintenance, spotting risks and reporting them promptly.
  • Collect and deliver materials and equipment from other Volvo or customer sites within the region.
  • Help with loading and unloading equipment, operating in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Lend a hand with general depot activities such as stock checks and preparing for customer and colleague site visits.
  • Work with and coordinate the depot's apprentices on general duties.
  • Ensure equipment is correctly labelled and stock records are up to date.
  • Report any defects, risks, accidents, or near misses immediately.
  • Champion safe working practices and follow Health & Safety procedures to keep everyone safe.
