Covering a rotating shift:

Monday to Friday 0600hrs to 1400hrs/1400hrs to 2200hrs

Alternative Saturday morning overtime, time & half

Who are you

Do you hold a Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGV’s or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry and enjoy getting your hands dirty?

What will you be doing

  • Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on Volvo HGVs to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
  • Perform safety inspections, MOT preparations, and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Wear personal protective equipment when appropriate
  • Support the development of young trainees and apprentices
