You will be involved in inspections, MOT prep, diagnostics and repairs on heavy vehicles, learning to work with Volvo’s in-house systems and completing job cards and service sheets as part of a structured development programme.
The programme combines college-based training at Volvo's Academy, mentoring from regional managers and on-the-job learning to help you move from LGV to HGV expertise.
