HGV Technician Inverness

Salary : Potential earnings of £45,000 – £70,000

Shifts :

Day Shift: 7.00 – 15.30 Mon-Thu and 7.00 – 14.30 Fri.

Back Shift: 15.00 – 23.30 Mon-Thu and 14.00 – 21.30 Fri.

What you will do

  • Carry out repairs to a high standard according to Volvo procedures, safely and responsibly
  • Assist in the fault diagnosis process
  • Service Customer Vehicles and complete service sheets.
  • Road test vehicles when required (if you hold an HGV license)
  • Assist with roadside breakdowns.
  • Process all relevant paperwork relating to jobs accurately
  • Ensure all vehicle defects are reported
  • Keep all workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean, tidy and well maintained
  • Help us in supporting the development of trainees and apprentices

    Do you hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGV’s or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry?
