Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries.
- Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery.
- Identify causes of delivery shortfalls and propose remedial actions.
- Assist in the picking and loading of customer orders for delivery.
- Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis.
- Promote sales of parts at all times.
- Support the parts department during holiday, sickness and training periods.
- Sort and handle parts at the beginning of each shift.
Qualifications
- Vehicle parts / parts store experience will be preferred.
- Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 3 points) – must be able to drive a Renault Trafic or Renault Master.
- Experience in a customer‑service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a parts store position with stock control.
- Fit and healthy to lift heavy parts in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
- Computer savvy – able to use in‑house systems and Outlook email.
- Good organisational skills.
Working Hours
Full time Monday to Friday, 45 hours (08:00 to 18:00) with occasional Saturday mornings.
Remuneration
£13.00 per hour.
