Responsibilities:

  • Business develop in the West Midlands for Service and Parts contracts on new vehicle sales, trailer and truck renewals.
  • Hold regular development and review meetings with key customer accounts.
  • Agree KPI's and targets with the Regional Parts Manager.
  • Identify new business opportunities for both Service and Parts operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the growth of the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers and manage and improve customer care standards in collaboration with departmental heads.
  • Identify and develop new business both with 'Franchised' and 'All Makes' product customers.
  • Travel to cover the surrounding dealership service areas in the West Midlands, based in Tipton.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate experience in a commercial vehicles sales environment including knowledge of the UK Truck market.
  • Evidence of sales negotiation skills.
  • Numerical awareness.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and IT savvy to pick up in house systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Paying £35,000 up to £37,000 (DOE), plus commission, company car and full range of benefits.
