An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dealerpoint Manager to lead and develop our Volvo Trucks & Bus operation in Enfield. This key leadership role is responsible for driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Volvo Trucks & Bus Dealerpoint.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop sales, service, and parts teams.
  • Drive profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term customer relationships.
  • Deliver Volvo brand standards across sales, aftersales, and facilities.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, and implement action plans where required.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Dealerpoint and Volvo UK.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with Volvo Group health, safety and environmental responsibilities and procedures.
  • Work with regional central support functions to review and resolve workshop planning, repair order instruction and invoicing issues.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with customers and develop new opportunities.
  • Represent the dealer point at all levels to promote engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience within commercial vehicles, automotive, or dealer operations.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
  • Commercially focused with a track record of improving performance.
  • Strong customer orientation and focus.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
  • Ability to work strategically while remaining hands‑on.
  • Ability to think clearly and work under pressure with focus on business performance and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Volvo Trucks & Bus products or similar OEM brands is highly desirable.
