As an apprentice, you will shadow members of the team and work closely with our Contract Administration and Extended Offer managers. You will be helping our Extended Offer team within the parts function to administer, market and develop our product offering within that function.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise cases received primarily by email, with occasional phone enquiries.
- Assign cases accurately within the wider team using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Log all case files and attach relevant contract documentation for the contract administration team to action.
- Create and present detailed reports on case volumes, status, closure rates, and resolutions to support management.
- Provide cover by handling assigned cases during periods of team absence or vacation.
- Help improve how we manage cases and data.
- Provide administrative support and help to develop product marketing campaigns for the Extended Offer team within the parts function, giving an opportunity to gain insight across functions.

- Confident using basic Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems is a bonus, but not essential – training will be provided.

If you already hold a business-related qualification such as A-Levels in Business, a degree, or equivalent, you may not be eligible for this apprenticeship.
