Due to an upcoming retirement within our established sales team, we are seeking a Territory Manager to join VFS and take ownership of a successful and well‑developed region. As a Territory Manager, you will be at the forefront of our commercial activities, driving sales growth and increasing market penetration across the region. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with local key accounts and the dealer network, ensuring that our financial products and services are effectively delivered and aligned with the needs of our customers.

Who are you?

As a Highly Experienced Professional, you bring:

  • A wealth of experience in selling financial products and managing credit portfolios within the asset finance industry.
  • Expertise in the commercial vehicle and business solutions market.
  • A strong background in Business, Finance, or Marketing (a degree is advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience in sales training and territory management.
  • Strong credit knowledge, creative thinking, and ability to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Ability to navigate international environments and tackle diverse challenges.
  • Skills to analyse financial information and turn it into actionable results.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, with a commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions that maximise value through products and services.

As a Territory Manager, you will

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long‑term success.
  • Manage the full business cycle, from quotations to risk management, ensuring stable portfolio performance.
  • Leverage credit knowledge and creative thinking to structure flexible, tailored financial deals.
  • Champion new products and services while proactively seeking fee income opportunities.
  • Lead dealer training sessions and provide valuable coaching to junior sales professionals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and leverage local insights to meet evolving needs.
