Full manufacturer training is provided, so specific brand experience is not required. You will also receive ongoing training at Volvo’s training and development centre to keep you up to date with the latest technology.
- Servicing and maintenance of all vehicles across the brand.
- Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, this work may include warranty approved work in line with our brand parameters.
- Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified).
A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent). Ability to carry out MOT’s is desirable, but not essential as full training will be offered.
Salary £28,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience) + OTE ~ Performance and workshop bonus (£300 - £1,200 per month) ~ Working hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturdays 1 in 6 (Overtime also available) ~ 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays ~ Full manufacturers training provided and regular development courses (including Electric Vehicle and High Voltage Technician training) ~ Car Scheme ~ Discount vouchers ~ Life assurance and pension scheme.
