We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Technician/ MOT Tester to join TMS Volvo Hinckley. The safe and friendly environment features state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and workshop technology.
You will be part of a fantastic team working with a brand dedicated to making life easier, better, and safer for everyone. As part of your employment, you’ll also receive comprehensive training, excellent benefits, and a bonus scheme.
As a skilled technician, you will become part of a team of experts supporting one of our Retailers TMS, Volvo, Hinckley. Full manufacturer training is provided, so specific brand experience is not required. You will also receive regular training at Volvo’s training and development centre to keep you up to date with the latest technology.
- Service and repair vehicles of all makes and models
- Carry out MOT tests on a range of vehicles in accordance with DVSA guidelines
- Maintain and update your individual experience, skills and knowledge through training programmes
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety standards and requirements
A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent). Full UK Driving licence. MOT License would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be offered.
