Marshall Volvo Grantham is offering an exciting opportunity for a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.
Full-time 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Base pay range is £30,151 basic plus OTE; additional benefits include 25 days\’ annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); life assurance & pension scheme; discounts on car servicing, purchase and more; access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.

Responsibilities
- You’ll be the crucial link between our customers and the workshop, delivering a seamless and professional service from booking through to collection.
- You’ll welcome customers at the front of house, keep them informed throughout the process, and proactively manage follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- You’ll complete admin tasks efficiently and accurately, support customers with future vehicle needs, and act as a trusted advisor when it comes to maintenance, repairs, and service plans.
- Be the right person for a role that benefits from customer service experience; automotive background is ideal but not mandatory.
- Be organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload and customer base.
