Base pay range
One of Volvoās well-known retailers based in Bradford, Ray Chapman Motors have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/ Dealership Host to join their team. The safe and friendly environment boasts state-of-the-art facility, equipment, and workshop technology.
Salary: £26,984 per annum
Working hours: Monday- Friday 8am – 5pm one week then 8.30am – 5.30pm the week after (they alternate).

About this opportunityā¦
The Receptionist/ Dealership Host will greet all visitors, ascertain their requirements and enhance the reputation of the dealership by ensuring that effective contact is maintained throughout their visit. Previous Front of House, reception or hospitality experience is essential.
- Answer all incoming phones calls and directing them to the relevant department
- Meet and greetā all visitors to the dealership, identify their requirements and pass on to relevant member of staff
- Be permanently based at the host station but always walk to the front of the desk to āMeet and Greetā.
- Assist with administrative tasks for both Sales and Aftersales ā eg Pinnacle data cleanse, Recall diary, Job Cards, Feefo etc
- To provide a Secretarial service as required, typing, spreadsheets, photocopying, etc

- Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
- Calm and able to demonstrate a well organised approach to problem solving.
- PC, Microsoft, and web literate.
- Excellent in your communication and Customer service skills
