You can find out more about Our story here | Volvo Cars – United Kingdom The Receptionist/ Dealership Host will greet all visitors, ascertain their requirements and enhance the reputation of the dealership by ensuring that effective contact is maintained throughout their visit. Previous Front of House, reception or hospitality experience is essential. Answer all incoming phones calls and directing them to the relevant department Meet and greet’ all visitors to the dealership, identify their requirements and pass on to relevant member of staff Be permanently based at the host station but always walk to the front of the desk to ‘Meet and Greet’. Assist with administrative tasks for both Sales and Aftersales – eg Pinnacle data cleanse, Recall diary, Job Cards, Feefo etc To provide a Secretarial service as required, typing, spreadsheets, photocopying, etc PC, Microsoft, and web literate.
