We currently have a superb opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic and skilled team at our Volvo dealership in Maidenhead.

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll carry out vehicle maintenance, servicing, MOT testing (if certified), and diagnostics in line with manufacturer and regulatory standards. You’ll work to meet customer expectations around turnaround time, quality, and overall satisfaction—while showing a genuine passion for the brand and products we offer.

Who You Are

You’ll be a proactive, punctual, and motivated technician with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous personal development. You take pride in the quality of your work, are comfortable using PCs, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance (Level 3 preferred)
  • MOT license (desirable but not essential)
  • A detail-oriented mindset and great organisational skills
  • Someone who values training and takes ownership of their development
  • Good communication and PC literacy

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Full-time, 45-hour week
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (with 30 min break)
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
  • 22 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays
  • Monthly performance bonus opportunities (up to £1,000 extra per month) – regularly achieved by our team
