Volvo Car UK is seeking a highly driven Aftersales Manager to join the retailer Aftersales management team at Lookers Chelmsford Volvo.
About this opportunity
As an Aftersales Manager, you will manage a busy and professional department, overseeing all aspects of the department to ensure a consistently high level of performance. You will act as a role model for customer service excellence, leading by example.
You will develop long-lasting relationships with customers and coach and motivate the team to do the same. You will report to the Market Area General Manager (Sam Wallis) and be responsible for your team, including Service Advisors and Technicians. From the day-to-day running of the workshop to managing Technicians for maximum productivity and ensuring Service Advisors deliver first-class customer care, you will drive consistently high performance.
