This role plays a key part in supporting our Retailer partners to deliver strong commercial outcomes and an excellent customer experience, aligned with our values and long‑term strategy.

What’s in it for you?

People are at the heart of our business. We're committed to helping our people grow their careers in an environment where everyone feels supported, included and able to succeed. In return, we offer:

  • Discretionary 10% performance-related bonus
  • Company pension scheme with generous employer contributions
  • Voluntary flexible benefits allowance of £500 per annum, payable as cash or benefits
  • 27 days’ annual leave + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell 5 days per year
  • 2 paid charitable giving days per year
  • Career growth & learning opportunities
  • Access to two cars via Volvo’s employee lease scheme
  • We are open to conversations about flexibility and how this role could work for you.

What you’ll do

As part of a high‑performing and collaborative field‑based team, you will work closely with Retailer Senior Management and Sales teams across your region to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with Retailers in your region and supporting Retailers to deliver effective and compliant finance sales practices aligned to the National strategy.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of agreed performance targets through regular business reviews, analysis of performance drivers, and the development of clear action plans. This includes providing tailored consultancy, guidance and coaching to Retailers, both face to face and remotely, across New and Used car finance.

The role is focused on strengthening customer loyalty by supporting robust finance renewal processes and embedding a strong customer‑focused culture. This includes reviewing management information with Retailers to ensure good customer outcomes are consistently achieved and producing clear and concise visit reports to support action planning and follow‑up activity.

You will support the launch of quarterly finance offers and initiatives, ensuring Retailers understand requirements and can translate them into effective local plans.

Do you fit the profile?

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar role within automotive retail finance, who enjoys working in partnership with others and supporting performance improvement.

You should have experience of working with Retailers to improve finance sales performance and customer outcomes. You will also bring strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision‑making, and communicate effectively at all levels.

It is important to understand the current finance regulatory environment and experience supporting compliant sales processes. You should be confident in recommending improvements to processes and ways of working.

You will need the ability to manage your time effectively in a field‑based role, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into practical action plans are also essential to the role.

We recognise that candidates may not meet every requirement listed. If you feel you would thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply.
