We are now looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our sales team. With a brand-new product range launching and stock available now, there is real momentum in the market.
You will manage a portfolio of established accounts, working with a mix of major fleet operators, councils, blue-chip and family-run businesses. The role is about building long-term relationships, spotting new business opportunities early and turning conversations into sustainable commercial growth.

You Will Likely Bring:
- Experience in selling high-value capital equipment.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels, with strong presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of contractual obligations and can interpret agreements accurately.
- Proven success in a customer-facing sales role.
- Confidence working with financial proposals and commercial data.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A PSV licence would be preferred but not essential.
What You Will Be Doing:
- In this role, you will manage your territory end-to-end, working with key internal contacts, Body Builders and Volvo Financial Services to deliver sales.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales journey.
- Selling new Volvo coaches and buses, and driving used vehicle sales from part-exchange stock to achieve annual targets.
- Promoting the full Volvo total solutions portfolio, including support packages and finance solutions.
- Prospecting for new customers and developing existing accounts to grow business.
- Contributing to cost and credit control management to maximise profitable growth.
- Preparing financially sound proposals and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying growth opportunities.
- Attending customer events and strengthening brand presence in your region.
