SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

FARNBOROUGH AIRPORT – Full Time

We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and detail Senior Accounts Payable to join our growing team, based at the private terminal of Farnborough Airport. This role will report directly in to the Finance Manager.

A successful candidate will have previous working experience working in accounts payable and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and be a team player.

The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the Accounts department inbox for multiple entities
• Posting invoices, credit card transactions & expenses
• Managing the payment run process including ad hoc payments
• Assisting sales team with monthly client disbursement queries
• Completing daily bank reconciliations
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders
• Support the team in other duties as required

Technical skills

• Excel skills – intermediate (Pivots, lookups)
• Access Dimension experience (desirable)
