The Director of Cabin Services is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of inflight cabin operations, including flight attendant performance, customer service delivery, safety compliance, onboard service programs, and crew management.
This is a Board Level leadership role ensuring Voluxis presents and maintains a premium customer experience while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
VOLUXIS is a well-established VIP/Corporate Jet AOC Operator who currently manages a mixed fleet of business jets offering a tailored service to our customers who may be travelling for business or leisure. We are looking for someone to join our team who is commercially astute, however puts safety as a central focus of everything we do and knows how to work effectively as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to join a team who are passionate not only about aviation but the continued growth of our business.
The role includes:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the inflight service experience, aligning with the Voluxis brand and customer service goals.
- Cabin Crew Management: Lead, mentor, and support the team of UK and non-UK based flight attendants, including employed and freelance contractors, oversight of recruitment process and selection, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with marketing and service design teams to refine and standardise inflight service offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer experience, lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Aircraft Managers, Operations and the Charter Team to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
- Supplier Management: Work closely with third-party suppliers for customer needs, continuous improvement and innovations whilst ensuring specific budgetary requirements are observed.
We’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in inflight services in Corporate Aviation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of high-end customer delivery focused teams.
- Strong and effective communication skills and standards focus.
- Ability to travel as required by the business and work flexible hours.
