Location: Crawley (Hybrid)

Hours of work: Mon-Thur 8.45am – 4.55pm, and Friday 8.45am – 4.25pm (37 hours)

Package: Negotiable depending on experience, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, EAP, training and development.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Product Executive to join our Product Management team and support the day-to-day management of our diverse product portfolio across all UK sectors, channels, and routes to market. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Product Manager looking to accelerate their career, or an experienced Product Administrator ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact within a growing business.

Working closely with Product Managers, you will play a critical role in supporting product lifecycle management, portfolio performance, product launches, market research, commercial analysis, and cross-functional project delivery. You will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, analysing data, researching product opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, and helping drive informed business decisions.

The role requires a confident communicator who can work effectively across all levels of the organisation, and coordinate activities between Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for product-related queries, coordinating the resolution of technical, commercial, quality, and supply-related issues whilst supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and improve product data, specifications, pricing, technical documentation, and digital content, ensuring information remains accurate, consistent, and commercially aligned across all systems.
  • Support the full product lifecycle, including new product introductions, product enhancements, range rationalisation, discontinuations, and associated implementation activities.
  • Support supplier and cost management activities by coordinating supplier information, technical and compliance documentation, product samples, and purchasing-related requests.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and product performance analysis, monitoring sales, margins, market activity, and industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
  • Support product launches, new product development, and cross-functional projects by coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers, maintaining project plans and action trackers, monitoring milestones and risks, and ensuring agreed actions are delivered on time.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a product, commercial, marketing, category management, or product administration role.
  • Experience within the electrical products, manufacturing, engineering, or built environment sectors.
  • Understanding of Product Management, product lifecycle management, and commercial decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across departments and challenge constructively.
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in markets, products, and customer needs.
  • Naturally curious and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence.
