Love the smell of a sizzling BBQ and the buzz of kids having fun outdoors? Join us at Cambridge Junior Athletics and help fuel our young athletes (and their cheering families) on Wednesday Club Nights. It’s a relaxed, social role where you can enjoy the atmosphere, meet great people, and make a real contribution to our community.
What You\’ll Do
- Fire up the BBQ and cook sausages while the kids are out on the track
- Serve up and sell sausages and juicies to hungry children and families after events
- Keep the area tidy and the smiles coming
- Enjoy the fun, friendly club-night vibe

Requirements
- Enjoy cooking on a BBQ and serving others
- Friendly, approachable and great with kids and families
- Reliable to help on Wednesday evenings (weather permitting)
- Basic food handling awareness
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- A positive attitude and community spirit
Time commitment
- Wednesday evenings, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. This can be for full 3 hours, or for the time slot of 4.30pm to 6pm, or 6pm to 7.30pm
- During Term time only: from now until 10th December (and then next year: 4th February to 18 March)
