Help Give Mobiles a Second Life! We’re on the hunt for a tech enthusiast who wants to make a real impact — for people and the planet. As part of our volunteer team, you’ll be diving into the world of mobile repair and refurbishment. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, team-minded, customer-focused, and gets why keeping tech out of landfill matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assess donated mobile devices from the public and businesses.
  • Remove accounts, factory reset, and breathe new life into devices.
  • Diagnose faults, update software, and do minor repairs.
  • Clean and prep devices for resale.
  • Help set smart prices for our community-friendly customers.

Requirements:

  • Technically competent and confident with mobile devices.
  • A team player who enjoys working with fellow volunteers.
  • Reliable and able to follow through on tasks.
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills.
  • Environmentally conscious and passionate about reducing e-waste by extending the life of tech.

Time commitment: 2 to 3 hours per week.
