Inspire Social Co., part of the Aspire Media N.I. CIC group, is seeking a creative and motivated Volunteer Social Media Assistant to work directly with the Director on a variety of exciting content projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across real client campaigns and internal content for our social enterprise divisions, including Aspire Media Studios, Aspire Media Academy and Aspire Media TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director on content creation for client projects
- Create graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos (using Canva and CapCut)
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Use Metricool to help schedule posts and review analytics (training will be provided)
- Contribute to Aspire Media N.I. CIC's & Inspire Social Co.'s own social media content
- Research trending audio, hashtags and social formats
- Monitor engagement and assist with basic performance reporting
- Optionally attend events, content shoots or community projects
Who We’re Looking For:
- Passion for social media, storytelling and digital content
- Basic writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Canva – or willingness to learn
- Interest in learning scheduling and analytics tools like Metricool
- A creative and collaborative mindset
- Ideally based within 15–20 minutes of Coleraine (remote work will be available)
- You may already have some experience or training in social media — but if not, we can provide support and training to help you get started
