The Greatham Foundation, previously known as the Hospital of God, has a long and proud history of working with vulnerable people in the North East of England. Established in 1273 by Bishop Robert de Stichell to help the poor and elderly, we have developed into a modern organisation meeting a range of 21st-century needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Family Support Worker to provide essential care, advice, and emotional support to individuals caring for someone at home, particularly those affected by dementia. This rewarding role involves direct support to carers, working closely with health professionals, assisting with practical needs, and contributing to our charity\’s wider mission through promotion, administration, and fundraising.
