Won Connect is a new social enterprise working across Glasgow to overcome social isolation through technology and computers. As an Administration Volunteer you will handle email and telephone enquiries, data entry, scheduling appointments, and support the Managing Director.
Key Tasks
- Word processing and handling internal and external communications.
- Data entry, organising meetings and appointments, sorting and distributing post, procuring office supplies.
- Demonstrate organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, including business writing and verbal skills.
- Use IT skills and help with calendar management for the Assistant Director.
