Recently launched charity shop is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join a friendly team to help run this busy store located in central Fareham. We are also looking for volunteers who would specifically like to work as a cashier selling goods to our customer base.

Duties will include:

  • Accurately operate the cash register and transact sales (cash, credit, returns)
  • Stocking and replenishing sales area
  • Sorting stock and products
  • Merchandising and display
  • Advising customers

Skills

Retail or cash handling experience is preferred as the shop is fast-paced, however full training will be provided for the right candidate. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are important, as well as confidence and a friendly manner for our front of house roles. Applicants are invited to attend some "Taster" days to meet the team and find out more. Available for a minimum of 4 hours (half day) per week.
