Our Service
Linking Leeds exists as a consortium of seven local partners with over 10 years of experience delivering Social Prescribing for Leeds’ diverse communities. These partners include Barca, Leeds Mind, Inspire North, Feel Good Factor, Age UK Leeds, Better Leeds Communities and Leeds Irish Health and Homes.

Linking Leeds aims to improve physical, mental and social health and wellbeing through a holistic approach to improve quality of life, self-management confidence and supporting independence.

The Role
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Linking Leeds. You’ll support individuals to access non-medical support by completing holistic assessments, co-creating personal Wellbeing Plans, and linking people to community groups and services that boost mental, physical and social wellbeing. Working across GP practices, community venues, and sometimes from home, you’ll help people build resilience, independence, and a better quality of life. We are looking for someone with a passion for reducing health inequalities and promoting diversity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships, and someone who’s comfortable working across different locations.

The role is based over various sites, including community venues and GP practices, with some work from home. The Linking Leeds office is at The Reginald Centre, 263 Chapeltown Road, LS7 3EX.

Provisional dates for interviews are the weeks commencing 6th and 13th October 2025.

  • Hours

    Full Time, Part Time 37 for Barca and 34 for Inspire North Hours per week

  • Salary

    37 Hours role with Barca covering East Leeds Salary: £25,392-£26,936 (FTE per annum, pro rata). 34 Hours role with Inspire North covering West Leeds Salary: £26,602-£29,070 (FTE per annum, pro rata).
