Senior Community Activities Facilitator for Older Adults

Neighbourhood Action is a Neighbourhood Network Scheme providing support, advice and a range of services for older people in Farnley & New Farnley. We have a number of regular activities, including exercise groups. and a well established Memory Loss Group.

We are seeking an energetic person with experience of:

• Working with older people and th0se with memory loss issues
• Running and facilitating Groups
• Able to devise and prepare a weekly light lunch
• Plan Entertainers and Guest Speakers
