Get Out More is a community interest company using nature to improve health and wellbeing. We’re looking for a Project Manager to develop and deliver community-based outdoor projects.
You will:
- Manage a range of impact focused, nature-based projects
- Work collaboratively with communities, partners and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, timelines and reporting
- Deliver high-quality outdoor sessions (play, forest school, wellbeing)
You’ll need:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience in ensuring Impact is at the heart of projects
- Passion for outdoor, nature-based work
Desirable:
- Forest School Level 3 (or similar)
- Outdoor First Aid
- Own transport
Training available for the right candidate.
Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 - Salary dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
