The focus is on preventing homelessness by providing housing advice and collaborating to enable young people to live independently.

We help with goal setting, self-esteem, and decision-making to empower young people to thrive. The service works on an outreach basis across the city with young people up to the age of 25 to equip them with strategies to better manage their health and wellbeing, engaging them in positive activities and providing them with support, information and practical advice both on an individual basis and in groups.
