Domestic abuse is always unacceptable. We support everyone affected by it and act to prevent it. Our new Training and Development Coordinator will work across a range of sectors to help individuals understand domestic abuse and how they can support victim-survivors, as well as supporting our fundraising efforts to generate sustainable income to support our services.

Behind Closed Doors’ Training and Development offer is a vital part of our prevention work. Following a recent review of our previous training materials from frontline staff, the Training and Development Coordinator will have an opportunity to put their own stamp on the training offering. They will develop and deliver impactful training to a variety of audiences, increase our visibility across a range of sectors, and raise awareness.
