Volunteer Centre is seeking a values-led People Lead to strengthen our people practices, support governance, and help our organisation operate confidently, fairly and compliantly. This varied role works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, senior leaders, managers and trustees to ensure HR, governance and organisational systems are clear, well managed and aligned with our mission.

The post holder will provide practical and strategic HR support across the employee lifecycle.
