The Role

Reporting to the People and Culture Team Leader, this is a key role within the People & Culture team at Leeds Mind.

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting colleagues and volunteers
  • Manage HR administration and reporting
  • Help us deliver projects that improve our people experience
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven HR administration & advice experience within a professional context, ensuring employment law compliance
  • Experience of handling confidential and/or sensitive information
  • High level of IT skills, proficient with a wide range of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS data input and reporting
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organisation & prioritisation skills
  • Confident communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & use initiative
  • Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Minute and note-taking in meetings

Leeds Mind Grade–2

Salary–£25,231.00 per annum (pro-rata for part time)
