HOPE - Halton Moor & Osmondthorpe Project for Everyone
The aims of the post are to improve the quality of life of older people, families and children living in the Project Locality, and to promote independence and relieve social isolation and loneliness for our members aged 60+.
These will be achieved by providing activities appropriate to the aims and aspirations of service users, within a stimulating, friendly and therapeutic environment. The post holder will also be responsible for setting up and facilitating groups, activities, and events locally as well as providing outreach and one-on-one support.
This post comes at an exciting time as we are due to open our new community centre over the summer, so the post holder will work across two sites.
