This role is for an outreach worker to deliver emotional and practical support to people who are suffering from homelessness. You will deliver trauma-informed support on a one-to-one basis. You will befriend, signpost and advocate for our clients whilst increasing their confidence and addressing any unmet needs. You will need to be physically fit as you walk around the areas on outreach during the day but also on some evening and early morning sessions.
