Would you like to join a charity committed to making life better for older people?

Working under the direction of the CEO and reporting to the Deputy Manager, this role supports BCF’s strategy to help older people in Burmantofts live independent, happy lives.

The postholder will promote digital inclusion, financial resilience, and access to available support services.

By assisting people to manage their finances and health and connecting them to opportunities, the role helps improve wellbeing and encourages engagement in new activities among older people.

Duties will include acting as the first point of contact for new members through home visits, office meetings, and telephone calls.
